She is passionate about reigning in government spending, eliminating property taxes, and limiting overreaching regulations that strangle small businesses and farmers. She believes that we know what is right for our rural district, and do not need to be dictated by some of the urban special interest views from Little Rock. She is experienced in fighting big government, special interest groups, and lobbyists at the State Legislature on behalf of small businesses. Scout values freedom above all from government intrusion in our lives, and reinforces that legislators work for their constituents, not corporations and lawyers.
